Returns and Exchange Policy
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@vtlfx.shop to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and sellable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the costs of the return shipment. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in original condition.
Requesting a Return
- Please download, print and complete the return form if you have not already done so. Request the return form via the form below.
- Send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@vtlfx.shop by email.
- After approval, ensure that your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
- Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your parcel.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@vtlfx.shop

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened and have their original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
- Ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the mail.
- Ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.
- Ensure that the return form is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:
Step 1: Request the Return Form
Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send Your Order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the Purchase Amount in Your Bank Account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
