Ordering and Delivery
Have you found a VTLFX item that you absolutely must have? Great!
Select a color and/or size now and click 'add to cart'. Of course, you can continue shopping - you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right. Please note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean they are reserved.
Done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your VTLFX items. In the next screen, you can still adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. Now you'll land on the check-out page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Please note: After you have completed your order, you can no longer modify it, as your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as quickly as possible.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
VTLFX covers the shipping costs. You pay no shipping costs.*
*You do have to pay shipping costs to return your item yourself.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page - you will receive the link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
VTLFX strives for fast delivery of products. When you place an order on working days before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.
4. I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver about this, which will also state the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will send the shipment back to our warehouse.
5. WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be started by PostNL. We will keep you informed about this until the end of the investigation.
